The Fourth Amendment

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The good old 4th, just to remind you thats the one that keeps "The Man" from kicking down your door, ripping your house apart, searching for something incriminating, and hauling your sorry ass to jail without cause. I am glad we live in America where the Constitution in sacred and would never be violated Right???? Unless you live in Indiana <-----click it or ticket ha ha
This is scary I live right next to Indiana and this sets a standard that forbids you to resist unlawful entry into your home. This is a step in the wrong direction.
