Imagine that you do not like to fly and the thought of going thru all that security makes your stomach do flip-flops. You are nervous, your heart rate quickens, your breathing becomes a little faster and shallower your pupils dilate, you may even be a little fidgety, All of which are normal biometric responses to being in a threatening situation. I am angry that the Patriot Act was granted an extension. This act for those who haven't read it grants the Federal Government an absurd amount of power to violate your rights. For Example Sneak and Peek warrants are addressed in Section 213, under Title II or the Enhanced Surveillance Procedures. These warrants are not exclusive to acts of foreign and domestic terroism. To break it down a Federal Agent can go to a Secret FISA court get a warrant go into your home snoop around and search for evidence to incriminate you. But it gets worse a US Senator Ron Wyden who is on the intelligence committee says that Americans would be OUTRAGED to learn how the Government Secretly applies their own interpretation to the Patriot Act and has made the way they apply that interpretation CLASSIFIED

The above passage is the FIRST amendment, our very first right listed in the bill of rights. It is a pretty BFD in case you were not aware. So why is The Dept of Homeland Security putting people on watch lists for using our most important freedom. I am not talking about radical extremest but Mark Ruffalo.

According to the folks at the Office of Homeland Security in Pennsylvania, actor Mark Ruffalo is a threat to national security. The Dept of Homeland Security later denied this but that was after a lot of bad press and kinda of sounded like a three year old denying they were eating cookies when you see the evidence all over their face.

This is scary I live right next to Indiana and this sets a standard that forbids you to resist unlawful entry into your home. This is a step in the wrong direction.

I Am Tired of Being Lied To

This is my first post of a journey I am taking. Where it will lead I do not know. What I do know is that everything I hear from the news media and my own government does not add up. Is it a global conspiracy to nth degree as people like Alex Jones and the Coast to Coast AM crowd would have you believe or is it simply the stupidity of the masses being regurgitated back at you in a corporate friendly format. I think like most things the true answer lies in the middle somewhere.
